Fit is personal — especially with lingerie. If something isn't right, send it back.

How it works

1) Email  wolffia.usa@gmail.com with your order number.

2) We email you a prepaid return label within 1 business day. It comes as a QR code — no printer needed. Just show it at any USPS counter.

3) Drop it off. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of arrival.

Exchanges are free too. Tell us the size or item you want and we'll ship it as soon as your return is scanned — you don't have to wait for it to reach us.

What we need

Items unworn, with tags attached. That's it. No photos, no forms, no approval process.

What we can't take back

For hygiene reasons, panties and thongs are final sale. Everything else is returnable.

Discount codes

Orders placed with a promo code are fully returnable. You get refunded what you paid.
